Tree-man

Armed with nothing but a giant fan, some big cuddly leaves and a snappy pair of shades, this summer, Tree-man is on a mission to show the world that trees are essential in the fight against climate change.

This summer, follow the adventures of Tree-man in his very own blog. No one knows where his next stop will be, but let us if you see him, better still, take a picture of him, send it to us and we will share with all fellow Tree-man followers out there.

Tree-man meets a fan

The Tree-dar leads me to a local park where members of the public are baking under the hot sun. While my leaves act as a parasol, a young lady is happy to listen to me explain that deforestation is responsible for more of the emissions that cause climate change than all of the world's planes trains and automobiles.

Tree-man playing frisbee

My quest to find Hot & Bothered members of the public takes me to the local sports ground, where in an attempt to share my message that rainforests are vital in the fight against global warming, I join a game of frisbee. I spread the word, but in the process I get rather hot under the collar myself.
