Leave a Legacy

By giving a legacy you will be helping to safeguard the rainforests on this planet for future generations.
Many supporters choose to remember the Rainforest Foundation UK (RFUK) in their will - they see it as a logical extension of their lifetime of charitable giving.
Alice recently decided to make a bequest to RFUK in her will, along with supporting a variety of other charities:
Alice said -
“I decided to make a donation to the Rainforest Foundation in my will because I have a long standing interest in rainforests. The destruction of the rainforest has an impact on our whole world and we should all do something to make sure we can save it for future generations.
I visited my local library and used resources such as the Charity Choice directory to research into giving, and then took the details of the charities I wished to support to my solicitor who did the rest for me. It was very easy to set up and I can now rest assured that my wishes will be carried out exactly as instructed and the charities I support will benefit.”
Leave a lasting legacy
Everyone should have a will, because without one there is no guarantee that your belongings will be distributed according to your wishes. If you do not have a will, your spouse or partner may not inherit all of your estate and the law will decide who inherits your property. A will is also an easy way to support your favourite charities.
